2016 Housing Tax Credit Contribution Recipients Announced

The CT Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) has announced the recipients of the 2016 Housing Tax Credit Contribution (HTCC) program, which provides funding to non-profit developers for affordable rental housing that benefits very low, low-and moderate- income families in Connecticut.

The recipients for 2016 HTCCs are as follows:

Supportive Housing

  • Avery Park Revitalization Initiative - Woodland Springs Phase I - Stafford Affordable Housing Nonprofit Corporation – Stafford 
  • SoNo Life Center - The Open Door Shelter – Norwalk
  • East End Phase III - 1534 Seaview Avenue - Shelter for the Homeless – Stamford
  • Lighthouse I - Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust – Bridgeport

Affordable Housing

  • Warner Gardens Phase 2 - Omni Development Corporation – Waterbury
  • 94 Edwards - JG Solutions Inc. – Hartford
  • Cityscape Apartments - Urban Preservation Associates Limited Partnership – Hartford
  • Stillwater Heights - New Neighborhoods, Inc. – Stamford
  • Park 215 - Rippowam Corporation – Stamford
