CHFA Accepting Comments on QAP and Procedural Changes

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is holding a public hearing on changes to the Multifamily Rental Housing Program Procedures, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Procedures, and LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). Information on the changes can be accessed on the CHFA website or by calling (860) 571-4372.

Attend the hearing for public comment on June 29th or submit written comments by July 10th to:
