Community Investment Account Funding Available Through DOH

Connecticut Department of Housing

Connecticut Department of Housing is accepting proposals for projects that address the state’s affordable housing needs. Of particular interest are proposals that consist of innovative projects and programs that “contribute to ending homelessness, support the creation or preservation of affordable housing, improve the lives of affordable housing residents, affirmatively further fair housing or otherwise enhance DOH's existing housing program goals and initiatives.”

The $825,000 that will be available comes from Community Investment Account (CIA) funding. Questions regarding the funding or proposals should be directed to Katie Durand at
