ConnDOT Looking for Firm to Assist with TOD Planning and Support

 

The Connecticut Department of Transportation has released a Request for Letter of Interest for task-based transit-oriented development support services to help the DOT in developing and managing a TOD planning and support program.

The primary components of the TOD program are: TOD on state transit properties; interagency collaboration; municipal assistance; training and education.

The firm would be expected to start April 2014. Submittals need to be either postmarked or hand delivered by 3:00PM on February 20 to Mr. David Mancini, P.E.,  Consultant Selection Office, Connecticut Department of Transportation, 2800 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT 06111
