Connecticut Home Sales and Median Prices Remain Strong in December

Comparing December of 2015 with December of 2016, Connecticut REALTORS reports that the single-family home and condominium sales prices have increased. The median sales price of single-family homes has increased by 3.6% from $240,000 to $248,750. The median sales price of condominiums and townhouses has jumped by 14.1% from $145,500 to $166,000.

According to the report, single-family home and condominium sales have also increased. Connecticut home sales increased by 2.4% from 2,888 to 2,958, while condominium and townhomes sales increased by 12.4% from 615 to 691.
