Countdown to End Chronic Homelessness

As the state works toward ending Chronic Homelessness in Connecticut, we have developed a data dashboard to track our progress in hitting functional zero.

Some noteworthy changes from our last bi-weekly update report include a decrease in the number of individuals who have been identified as chronically homeless from 190 to 186 as of October 30, with strong gains from our North and Southeastern CANs!
