CT REALTORS Reports Rise in Home Sales and Prices


Comparing November of 2015 with November of 2016, Connecticut REALTORS reports that both the single-family home and condominium median sales prices increased. The median sales price of single-family homes increased by 6% from $235,000 to $249,000. The median sales price of condominiums and townhouses increased by 4.1% from $148,000 to $154,000.

According to the report, single-family home and condominium sales have also increased. Connecticut home sales increased by double digits, 15.9% from 2,369 to 2,746, while condominium and townhome sales increased by 12.6% from 570 to 642.
