Gov. Malloy Announces Affordable Housing Investments

On October 22, Governor Malloy along with Department of Housing (DOH) Commissioner Evonne Klein and Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) President and Executive Director Eric Chatman announced over $25 million in affordable housing investments across Connecticut. Over 500 affordable housing units will be built or rehabilitated across six locations. These projects were selected under the fifth round of the Competitive Housing Assistance for Multifamily Properties (CHAMP) Initiative.

  • Kirtland Commons, Deep River
  • Billings Forge Apartments, Hartford
  • 122 Charles Street, Meriden
  • Cargill Falls Mill, Putnam
  • Northside Terraces Apartments, Torrington
