How-To-Get-There Transit Resource Available for Greater Hartford Area

North Central Regional Mental Health Board

“Way to Go CT” is an easy-to-use resource for those who need to chart routes and learn how to get to jobs, services and other locations using transit in the Greater Hartford Area. The website provides comprehensive transportation information and options for those who live in north central Connecticut’s 37 towns. The program also offers to assist, advocate and represent those who have transportation mobility needs and issues through its Ombudsman’s services.

Way to Go CT has also started installing kiosks throughout the area. The latest one was installed in the Chrysalis Recovery Empowerment Center in Hartford.

The program is also asking public transit users to fill out this survey so that it can identify the needs and gaps in the transit system. The results will be shared with the CT Department of Transportation

Way to Go CT is sponsored by Federal New Freedom Funds and the CT Department of Transportation. The program is overseen by the North Central Regional Mental Health Board.
