Andy McMahon, MS
Vice President, Policy/Health and Human Services at UnitedHealthcare Community and State 

Andy has an extensive background in the fields of affordable housing, health care, human services. He proficiently facilitates collaborations amongst government agencies, healthcare entities, non-profit organizations and community partners. Previously, Andy was the Managing Director of Government Affairs & Innovation for the Corporation for Supportive Housing. McMahon holds a degree in Economics, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Northeastern University.

Christi Staples, MSW (Moderator)
New England Regional Director, Corporation for Supportive Housing 

Christi has expertise in affordable and supportive housing, ending chronic homelessness, human rights. Christi holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and a Master’s degree in Social Work focusing in Policy Practice and Human Rights from the University of Connecticut. 

Victoria Veltri, JD 
Executive Director, State of Connecticut, Office of Health Strategy 

Vicki is a leader in healthcare reform. Previously, she was Chief Health Policy Advisor in the Office of Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman, and a Staff Attorney at Greater Hartford Legal Aid, Inc. Vicki holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law, and a Master’s degree from New York University School of Law. 

Yvette Highsmith-Francis, MS 
Vice President, Community Health Center, Inc. Eastern Region 

Yvette oversees eight CHCI locations and School Based Health services across the state. She is a Martin Luther King Scholar from Long Island University, a graduate of UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive program; CT Health Foundation’s 2009 Health Leadership Fellows Program; and holds a Master’s in Management from Cambridge College. 

Lisa Bahadosingh, MS 
Director of Youth Initiatives/Special Projects, Supportive Housing Works 

Lisa has vast experience ending chronic homelessness. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience. Lisa manages the local Social Innovation Fund Program. Lisa holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University.

Events are free and open to the public, but donations are welcome! A donation of any amount at registration or at the door will help to defray the costs of offering these public events.

Note: If there is inclement weather, please watch WFSB TV 3 to see if the IForum is cancelled or will start later than scheduled. 

If it snows a measurable amount the evening before or day of the IForum and the IForum has not been cancelled, it is likely that the additional parking lot around the corner from the Lyceum will not be available. In the past, attendees have parked at the Legislative Office Building and walked to the Lyceum.

Please consider carpooling or utilizing the public transportation system. CT Transit Buses 61, 63 and 69 all have stops close to the Lyceum. Also, CTfastrak's Sigourney Street Station is about a 15-minute walk to the Lyceum.
