The Federal Interagency Reentry Council’s new report, A Record of Progress and a Roadmap for the Future, discusses the strategies federal agencies have implemented to ensure formerly incarcerated individuals have access to employment opportunities, education, health, and stable housing. The report outlines current initiatives that the U.S. Departments of Justice (DOJ) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) have established to improve housing stability for these individuals and highlights future policies and partnerships to increase opportunities for safe, stable homes for individuals with criminal records.
