Opportunity to Provide Feedback for Federal Opening Doors Plan

United States Interagency Council on Homelessness

The United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) is looking for feedback for possible amendments to Opening Doors: the Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness.

The last time Opening Doors was amended in 2010, it was expanded to include more guidance on ending youth homelessness. This time USICH is looking for input to account for legislative changes such as the Affordable Care Act and the impact of reduced federal funding.

All input is due no later than August 8, 2014.

Reaching Home Opening Doors-CT is based on the federal Opening Doors campaign.

Share and vote for ideas that you feel with have the greatest impact in an amendment to Opening Doors.
