Request for Proposal for the 2017 Statewide Point-in-Time (PIT) Count and Homelessness Management Information System (HMIS)

The CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is seeking proposals to lead the 2017 statewide point-in-time (PIT) count of individuals experiencing homelessness and the development of project level performance reports from the statewide homelessness management information system (HMIS).

For all proposers or prospective proposers interested in leading the 2017 PIT count and development of the HMIS, it is strongly recommended to subscribe to receive all e-mail alerts from the State Contracting Portal.

Letter of intent is due by 3:00PM on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.
Questions must be submitted no later than 3:00PM Monday, September 26, 2016.
Full proposal must be submitted by 3:00PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2016.
