Statewide Zero: 2016 Application Submitted

On behalf of the Reaching Home Campaign in Connecticut, the Partnership for Strong Communities and the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness submitted a joint application to Zero: 2016. This initiative is a sequel to Community Solutions’ 100,000 Homes Campaign, which will provide accepted areas with technical assistance to end Veterans homelessness by the end of 2015 and chronic homelessness by the end of 2016.

Our application is unique in that Connecticut submitted as a state rather than as individual Continua of Care. We have received overwhelming support from providers and leaders across the state and are hopeful that we will be accepted into the initiative.

Community Solutions plans to announce the Zero: 2016 cohort in November.
