USICH Publishes New Tool to Track Ending Chronic Homelessness Progress

In July, the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, released an addendum to the newly published criteria and benchmarks for ending chronic homelessness. This document entitled Assessing Whether Your Continuum of Care Has Achieved the Goal of Ending Chronic Homelessness, provides a list of questions for communities to take into consideration while assessing whether they have met the criteria and benchmark for ending chronic homelessness.
