Vernon Housing Authority is accepting preliminary applications for their waiting list from July 29 to July 31, 2014. Only mail-in pre-applications will be accepted. Applications post-marked before July 29 or after July 31will not be accepted.

They will use a random-draw lottery system to determine the order of the waiting list.
