The National Alliance to End Homelessness is offering a checklist for transitional housing providers who are looking to retool their program. The checklist consists of three phases and each phase has a list of action items to achieve the goal.

  1. Assessment, Planning and Preparation (30-60 days)
  2. Implementation (4-6 months)
  3. Start the Shift
