CT CAN Data

As the state works toward ending Chronic Homelessness in Connecticut, we have developed a data dashboard to track our progress in hitting functional zero.

Some noteworthy changes from our last bi-weekly update report include a small increase in the number of individuals who have been identified as chronically homeless from 184 to 186 as of December 4, with strong gains from our Central, North and Southeastern CANs!
