CT Realtors Report Increase in Single-Family Home Sales

According to the newest Connecticut REALTORS report, comparing August 2016 with August 2017, median sales prices of single-family home and condominiums have increased in the Nutmeg state.
The median sales price of single-family homes increased by 2.3% from $267,750 in August 2016, to $274,000 in August 2017. The median sales price of condominiums and townhouses increased by 4.7% from $168,000 to $175,828 during that same time.
Single-family home sales also increased, by 1.9% from 3,822 to 3,893. During that same time, condominium and townhouse sales dipped by 2.8% from 917 in August 2016, to 891 in August 2017.
