DOH and DMHAS Request Proposals for CT HMIS Lead Agency and System Administration

The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, in partnership with the Department of Housing, CT Balance of State Continuum of Care, and Opening Doors Continuum of Care, are inviting agencies to apply for the Connecticut Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agency and HMIS System Administration Services. Interested agencies must apply for both projects, or they can work with another organization to submit a collaborative proposal. 

This is a five-year contract term at the departments’ discretion for approximately $2.4 million.
