Enterprise Explores the Use of Publicly Owned Land for Affordable Housing

14 June 2017

Enterprise Community Partners recently released a new report supporting the use of publicly owned parcels of land for the development of affordable housing. This approach is presented as one solution to the broader affordability challenges facing much of the country. In addition to providing a variety of case studies and best practices on the topic, the report also discusses the considerations and opportunities presented from use of such parcels.

Along with the report, Enterprise also launched a new website to host the research and tools to support this effort to dedicate publicly owned land to affordable housing development and presented its findings in an online webinar.
