12 December 2012
On December 5, 2012 the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the FY13 income limits and median family income (MFI) estimates. The income limits are based on the median family incomes calculated by HUD using the 2006-2010 five-year American Community Survey (ACS) data.
For FY13, the estimated MFI for the United States is $62,400. Between FY12 and FY13, the MFI fell, on average, 1.5%, and income limits fell on average by 2%. For FY13, the estimated MFO for Connecticut is $86,300.
