Comparing April of 2016 with April of 2017, Connecticut REALTORS reports that both the single-family home and condominium median sales prices saw very nominal changes. The median sales price of single-family homes decreased by less than 1%, from $247,000 to $246,000. The median sales price of condominiums and townhouses increased by 1% from $154,900 to $156,500.
According to the report, single-family home and condominium sales decreased. Connecticut home sales decreased 5.4% from 2,748 to 2,600, while condominium and townhome sales decreased by 3% from 693 to 672.
