PAHRC and NLIHC / National Housing Preservation Database

The Public and Affordable Housing Research Corporation (PAHRC) and the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) have released new features to their National Housing Preservation Database (NHPD). The NHPD database allows users to access affordable housing best practices, as well as a comprehensive inventory of publicly supported housing properties.

The NHPD database now also offers:

  • A mapping tool that allows users to map out publicly supported properties;
  • Preservation profiles that analyze publicly supported units by state; and
  • A research tool that allows users to view subsidy status for publicly supported properties.
