Grounded Solutions Network recently released version 2.0 of their Inclusionary Housing Calculator. The Inclusionary Housing Calculator 2.0 allows users to explore the relationship between local incentives and mixed income housing development. The tool can also be used to customize development scenarios and export project reports.
