NOFA for McKinney-Vento CoC Funds About to Close

26 October 2011

The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) competition for $1.63 billion in funds to support communities’ efforts to end homelessness through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) programs funded by HUD’s McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Grants program is open through October 28.

This is the last NOFA prior to the release of regulations governing the new CoC program under the HEARTH Act, including new definitions of homelessness.
