Secure Jobs Connecticut is a three-year demonstration pilot that aims to increase the income of families transitioning from homelessness to housing by connecting families to the support they need to access and maintain jobs and education and training programs. As part of the pilot, families receive rapid re-housing housing assistance and employment services and support from the American Job Centers.

This pilot is managed by the Melville Charitable Trust and is funded by public and private funders. The Partnership for Strong Communities supports the Advisory Committee which addresses the challenges of the implementation and policy, provides recommendations and promotes advocacy.

The Secure Jobs Connecticut video featuring Caitlin Mongillo, Secure Jobs Navigator and Justin Williams, Secure Jobs Recovery specialist shares some insights of the pilot.
