Senior Policy Analyst
Kayleigh joined the Partnership for Strong Communities in November 2016 as a Policy Analyst. In this role, Kayleigh will support the data, research, and policy analysis needs of the HomeConnecticut and Young Energetic Solutions (YES) Campaigns, as well as assist in the management of special projects related to these efforts. Her role will include aggregating and analyzing housing related data to explore trends that can inform strategies to build strong communities.
Before joining the Partnership, Kayleigh worked as a Legal Fellow at Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, a nonprofit law firm on the University of Connecticut School of Law campus in Hartford. There she practiced transactional law, with a focus on providing support to nonprofit and public sector entities in the areas of board governance and furthering affordable and fair housing.
Kayleigh earned her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science, with an Environmental Studies minor, from the University of Connecticut. She also earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating with a Certificate in Energy and Environmental Law.
